1. Bestgrowrader Trading Company is a digital currency exchange company that offers clients a technology platform to buy, sell, and store digital currencies as well as make payments for products and services using a cryptocurrency wallet. 2. By Trading with Bestgrowrader Trading, by becoming a member of our discord server, by entering our website, or otherwise joining a social media channel we operate, you acknowledge and agree that these terms and conditions are a binding contract between you and the Bestgrowrader Team.

3. In these terms and conditions,“Bestgrowrader Trading", "Bestgrowrader",“We ",“Us” and similar language refers to Bestgrowrader Team; a Limited Liability Company organized and incorporated under the International Companies (Amendment Consolidation) Act. Chapter 149 of the Revised Laws of United States of America 2014, authorized by the International Financial Services Commission (“IFSC”) of Belize under License no: IFSC/00010R2/124.“You”refers to the individual or company that invests, participates, follows, or otherwise contributes to Bestgrowrader Trading.

4. If you do not agree with these terms, then do not read, contribute, participate, follow or otherwise invest in Bestgrowrader trading company.

5. Any post, message or other information relating to money and other financial investments that you provide to Bestgrowrader trading is highly confidential and can never be publicly listed by us in any format or media.

6. By providing information to Bestgrowrader trade, you give permission to the Bestgrowrader Team its moderators, its officers, its agents, its employees, and its successors to examine and is subject to scrutiny by the Bestgrowrader Team before approval.

7. By submitting any post, message or other information to Bestgrowrader Trading, you acknowledge that you have authority to submit this information and that the post, message or other information is not subject to copyright nor violates any law. You will be personally responsible for any liability arising from your post, message or other information and agree to fully indemnify us in the event that we are found liable for a post, message or other information provided by you.

8. By trading with Bestgrowrader Trading you agree that you shall bear the cost relating to the maintenance and upgrade of your Private Account including but not limited to installation of supporting software, classical account upgrade and all Exercise Profit Taxes arising from excess profits.

9. Unless expressly authorized by Bestgrowrader Team, subscribers, followers and other participants on our fora shall not and may not solicit other investors, subscribers, followers, and other fora participants for any reason whatsoever.

10. No investor, subscriber, follower or other fora participant or user may contact or obtain the information or data about any other subscriber, follower or other fora participant for any marketing or business purpose except the Experts, Professional Traders and Sales Agents recommended by the Bestgrowrader Team.

11. We may suspend a subscriber, follower or other for a participant for any reason and for no reason at all, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Our reputation and goodwill is of essence in our business and any effort to slander, defame, publicly disclose private facts, or otherwise engage in any tortuous interference in our prospective business advantage shall be actionable and subject to the violator to liquidated damages in an amount equal to the actual and consequential damages caused by the breach and the full amount of legal fees sought to bring a suit to stop such tortuous conduct.

13. Bestgrowrader Trading makes the best representation, warranties, or promises about the accuracy, reliability in predictions, completeness, currentness or timeliness of prompt trading signals provided by the Bestgrowrader Team and Trading classes that may be held on our forum or other media in any format therefore, Bestgrowrader Trading shall not be liable for any damages (including, but not limited to, lost profits, or damages resulting from investments by our clients and prospective traders) as we bear the risk of loss for all your investments with us.

Any claim against Bestgrowrader Trading, its moderators, its officers, its agents, its employees, its successors, and its assigns must be brought within one (1) year of the date of the event giving rise to such action occurred. By Investing and participating in Bestgrowrader Trading including reading, learning, following or otherwise contributing to our forum you agree to resolve any dispute between yourself and Bestgrowrader Trading its moderators, its posters, its officers, its agents, its employees, its successors, and its assigns arising out of Bestgrowrader Trading actions or failure to act at binding arbitration before the American Arbitration Association. Each side shall bear their own legal fees, and shall split arbitration fees, if any, 50/50. The parties intent is that any dispute between themselves be resolved solely at binding arbitration and the arbitration is not merely a condition precedent for filing a lawsuit. In the event that a party does not participate or appear in the arbitration, the arbitrators are authorized to issue an Award in default and without the presence of the non-appearing and/or non-participating party.
